Falcon Computers was formed in 1995 by David Lowe and has continued to operate a fast friendly service to date.
We are based in the Stoke-On-Trent Staffordshire area with a large database of customers. We custom build, upgrade, repair & service all makes and models of computer system inc. Dell, Packard Bell, Compaq & any other systems on the market. We also fit and supply office/home networking systems both wired and wireless.
We really do pride ourselves on excellent customer service and support. We DO NOT take the “They have brought it so sod them” approach we are always here to help in any way we can no matter how big or small a problem may be. Our advice is free of charge no £1 per minute phone call our new land line number will be a flat rate B.T charge ( Calls from mobiles may vary ) and if we can help you over the phone we will do.
We operate a FREE mobile service (Within a 8 Mile radius of leek staffs £20 call out fee applies there after) where by we will come to your home eliminating the stress and myther of having to box your system up and send it in the post, or if you would like you can bring your system to our office in person (Office Opening Jan 2008).
We carry a large amount of stock so most problems can be repaired onsite, if we are unable to the repair the fault onsite we will take your system away and drop it back FREE we will only charge you for the work/parts.
